Howard P. Stevens, Co-Founder
Howard P. Stevens is co-founder of SEF and retired chairman of Chally Group Worldwide, a firm providing research, talent management, leadership development, and sales and productivity improvement services for over 2,500 clients in 60 countries. Stevens is the author of several sales and management books and a frequent presenter at national and global events. In addition to spearheading curriculum development efforts to establish university-level professional sales training programs, he has served as an instructor, board member, and advisor for several universities.
Sally Stevens, Executive Director and Co-Founder
Sally Stevens, Executive Director of the Sales Education Foundation, is co-founder of SEF and retired vice president of research and development for Chally Group Worldwide. Stevens’ research and development have led to the creation of instruments, measurement methods, and effective profiles for a complete array of sales, management and technical positions in a variety of industries, as well as the largest six sigma-level database on sales in existence.
Marty Holmes, Associate Director
Marty Holmes has been with SEF since February, 2010. She currently serves as Associate Director. Originally from North Carolina, she began her career in the graphics business, ultimately owning her own commercial printing operation. Marty now oversees most day-to-day operations for SEF, specializing in social media and program logistics.
