Ann Z. Sojka
Our new Academic Director, starting August 15, is Ann Sojka. Ann brings over a decade of industry experience in sales and retail to her new role. She spent 10 years in Boston, Chicago, and Cincinnati in B2B technology sales at Dell Technologies, where she drove cross-functional account strategies for major clients including Kellogg’s, Mondelez, Humana, and Fifth Third Bank. As the account lead, she managed a team of specialists, uncovering opportunities and guiding deals from discovery to close—all while carrying an annual quota of over $25 million. Earlier in her career, Ann gained hands-on retail leadership experience as a District Manager at ALDI and drove operational improvements as a Process Analyst at Kroger. Ann has taught Professional Selling at Lindner for several years and is a favorite professor among students for her enthusiasm and focus on experiential learning. I'm excited for the experience that Ann brings to this role and I am sure that you will enjoy working with her as much as I do. Ann graduated from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University with an undergraduate degree in Marketing. She earned a MS in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati.
