Deadlines

How to Participate

  1. Review Ad Packages: Familiarize yourself with the available ad sizes, member rates, and ad options for the SEF Annual.
  2. Complete the online 2026 Annual Ad Order Form
  3. Submit Ad Artwork: Provide the ad content in the required format (high resolution PDF or a .tiff file at CMYK and 300 dpi) by the submission deadline.
  4. Confirm Payment: Complete the payment process for the sponsorship package you select. Payment details will be provided with the ad submission instructions.
  5. Provide Website Link: Ensure the link to your institution’s preferred website is included with your ad submission for direct promotion.
  6. Final Approval: SEF will review your ad and confirm its inclusion in the digital and printed editions of the SEF Annual.

ART SPECIFICATIONS and File Requirements (Please read carefully):

  1. PDF Files required
  2. We assume due diligence was taken by your university/college or agency to pre-approve and proof all files before submission. If we detect an error with any of the supplied material before final files are created, we will contact you to correct and resubmit your file.

Important IRS REGULATIONS for use of space (Please read carefully):

In keeping with IRS regulations around featured space in non-profit publications, these guidelines MUST be followed:

  1. Messages may use promotional logos or slogans that are an established part of the sponsor’s identity. Messages may display or acknowledge a product by the organization, whether free or not.
  2. Messages may not contain qualitative or comparative language, price information, or other indications of savings or value. Messages may not include endorsements or inducements to purchase, sell or use specific products or services.

By taking out an ad, you’re supporting the growth and promotion of sales education while enhancing your institution’s visibility in the sales education community.
